The cottage was cosy and well-equipped, with a fully stocked kitchen and complimentary drinks and provisions. the location was fantastic, just a short walk to the promenade, beach, shops, and cafes. the TV had Netflix and Amazon for entertainment, and the beds were very comfortable. We also enjoyed exploring the coastal path and beach in Penmaenmawr, and the owners even left us some delicious Welsh cakes to enjoy.
Felt great, nothing was too much trouble.

The cottage had a cosy atmosphere and was well equipped with everything we needed, including complimentary drinks and basic provisions. The kitchen had all the necessary items, and we appreciated the little touches like having kitchen roll and salt and pepper available. The location was fantastic, just a short walk to the promenade and beach, and also close to the shops and cafes in the village. It was the perfect base for exploring the beautiful surroundings of Conwy and Anglesey.
The sofas and armchair were in poor condition, with the faux leather peeling off underneath the throw. They were uncomfortable to sit on and didn't match the high standards of the rest of the cottage.

The floral patterns and cozy furnishings made me feel right at home. The general areas, such as the garden and lounge, were easily accessible for someone like me, with plenty of seating and no stairs to navigate. It was perfect for us senior folks to relax and enjoy our vacation.
It would have been even better if the children working there had offered assistance with carrying luggage up the stairs.

The rooms at 2 Hwyrfryn Stables were absolutely charming, with a cozy living/dining area and an electric woodburning stove that created the perfect ambiance. It made us feel right at home and gave us a warm and inviting place to relax after exploring Penmaenmawr.
The only thing we liked less was that there were only two bathrooms with showers, not baths. But hey, that's just our personal preference - others might not mind at all!
